1. Services and Fees

All services provided by Legal Tax Cloud, including GST registration, PF & ESI compliance, income tax filing, and financial consultation, are charged as per the agreed-upon fees. Fees are determined based on the scope of services, complexity, and regulatory requirements.

2. No Physical Products

As a consultancy service provider, we do not sell physical products. All transactions are for professional services, advice, and compliance assistance.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are considered only in cases where services have not been rendered or delivered as agreed.
• Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email to refund@legaltaxcloud.in within 7 business days of payment.
• Refunds will exclude any third-party charges or statutory fees already incurred on behalf of the client.
• Legal Tax Cloud reserves the right to review each refund request and provide a decision based on service delivery and engagement terms.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered if services were partially delivered, depending on the work completed and resources utilized. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request to cancel a service prior to commencement of the agreed work.
• Cancellation requests after work has started may not qualify for a full refund, as certain compliance or documentation processes may already be initiated.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds or payments will be addressed in a fair and transparent manner. Legal Tax Cloud encourages clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns promptly.

7. Amendments

Legal Tax Cloud reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
